Privacy, terms and your creative content.
Privacy policy
Effective: October 19, 2026
Who is responsible
Designful is the brand operating this website and its Creative Studio. Use the Contact us page to send a privacy request or ask for the identity and location of the operating entity. This notice covers the website, account, design tools and customer service.
Information we process
We process your sign-in email, account identifier and authentication records; saved artwork, text, AI prompts and results, garment choices, placement and preview images; cart and order references; and information you choose to provide to support. Hosting and security services may process connection details, IP addresses and technical logs. Do not upload identity documents, financial details or sensitive personal information in artwork or prompts.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate you, save and retrieve your designs, render previews, maintain your cart, provide requested AI generation, answer requests and protect the service. Where required by applicable law, our grounds are steps towards or performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and support, or consent for optional activities. We do not sell customer designs or personal information.
AI processing
When you request AI generation, your prompt and necessary generation settings are sent to the connected Seedream service through Volcengine Ark. Generated results are returned to the editor and become part of your design only when used or saved. Provider processing is governed by its own terms and privacy practices; do not submit information you are not authorised to share. We do not use your saved customer designs to train a Designful AI model.
Service providers and payments
Supabase supports account authentication and server-side design storage. Hostinger is the planned hosting provider. Resend supports sign-in email delivery and Tawk.to supports chat when you open or use it. Shopify checkout is prepared but payments are currently closed; no card information is collected by this site. If checkout is enabled later, the checkout provider will collect payment and delivery details under its own notices.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies maintain sign-in, session refresh and your cart. Refresh and cart cookies may last up to 30 days; access credentials are short-lived and renewed after server verification. Language preferences and older local drafts may remain in your browser. Chat may use its own storage when loaded. You can clear browser storage, but this may sign you out or remove unsaved local work. We do not currently add optional advertising or analytics tracking through this website.
Saving, retention and backup
A successful Save design stores a complete snapshot with both sides, artwork, garment choices and preview. Unsaved editor changes can be lost when the page closes. Saved drafts remain until you delete them or request removal; order-linked designs may be retained to fulfil orders, resolve disputes or meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Encrypted backup snapshots rotate separately, with up to 30 copies in the configured backup destination. Deletion from active records does not instantly erase older snapshots; recovery must reapply valid deletion requests before data is used again.
Security and access
Saved designs are associated with your account and are not a public gallery. Server access checks restrict retrieval to the account owner. Administrative credentials remain on the server; backups require a separate encryption key. No internet service can promise absolute security. Keep control of your email account and sign out on shared devices.
International processing
Providers may process information outside your country. Locations and any required contractual or other transfer safeguards depend on the operating entity, provider configuration and applicable law. Ask us about relevant processing locations or safeguards before submitting information if this is material to you.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Use Contact us, identify the relevant account or design reference, and do not send passwords or verification codes. We may verify identity before acting. You may complain to the competent privacy authority. Deleting a design does not automatically close your authentication account; request account closure separately.
Children and changes
The service is intended for adults able to enter a purchase contract. A minor must use it with a parent or legal guardian who takes responsibility. We update this notice when practices change and show the effective date; material changes requiring consent will be presented separately.
